I have 2 questions:

1) I'm having issue deploying to github pages. I edited the _config file but it's not deploying.

baseurl: 

url: https://myusername.github.io 

2) Which file do I edit to change the layout. For example, I am in the CONTACT tab. I would like to move the map down and the message form up.
