Error Code:

There was a problem when attempting to install the theme.

The theme was uploaded to your portal but may not be structured correctly. You can visit the Design Manager to view the assets received.

    The Issue:

    Themeforest and HubSpot market is not fully synced. So you need to download the main file, unzip, get the theme zip file and upload.

    I've logged in but I don't have proper authorization to upload a theme or work with Design Tools. Please let me have admin access. I've to give you all support needed.
